Unclear info given about the added 300$hold. Staff was not helpful and was unkind. Unable to rent the car with Ace because they could not take a debit card and credit card. Ended up renting with another service, much better experience

I booked through Kayak for a substantially lower price than any other rental company (I usually go directly through Enterprise.) When I get there they have a price that is almost $200 more! I had to show my conformation email and a manager had to get involved! Then they charge you a $500 hold if you use your debit/bank card or $200 if it's a reg credit card on top of the rental amount. I have never had Enterprise do that! We got in a bit earlier than expected and they also want to charge $150 per extra hour of use. Over all it waa a pretty frustrating experience and hard lesson learned. I will never rent through Thrifty again!

On pickup they tried to give us dirty cars. They were not very friendly. The car we finally accepted needed service (the message was on the entire time we had the car) and, the car was dirty, but not as dirty and smelly as the first 3 they tried to give us. On the flip side they picked us up after our flight in a very timely manner and drop off was easy. Both ways the shuttle person was very engaging and spoke highly of the company. When we dropped off the car, the staff inside was not rude like the staff was when we picked up. The price was fair.
