Cheap Car Rentals in Powderhorn, Minneapolis

Everything about the rental experience was awesome. Everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. This is the first time I've rented with Sixt and I definitely will again.

Easy pick up and drop off

There's only one Employee @ this location and that Employee is doing, processing rental agreement, taking customers to the second floor. Just one person. and if you call ahead of time you won't get anyone on the phone. F****ing corporate America at it's best. What else is new right? ✌

they claim the car is missing and i never dropped it off, i have proof that i did drop it off and told them i have proof. now they refuse to allow me to talk to the manager branch. they won't even report the car to the police. very suspicious on what they are doing

This facility is NOT even close to the airport and does NOT have a shuttle or any kind of transportation solution to and from the airport. That said, the prices were great and they did upgrade the vehicle to help compensate for the inconvenience. Just be prepared for a $25 Uber each way, or a long walk through a scary part of town with an hour on the bus and train.

key fab did not work. we were not able to lock car during rental period. not clean on pick up. tank not filled.

The staff was very helpful. The downtown Minneapolis location could use a little spiffing up but the service was excellent.

The reservation was easy to do, made for a 3:00 pm pickup, but when I got to the office at 2:30 pm no one was there and someone else was waiting also. But when the arrived they were courteous and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I dropped the vehicle off about 30 minutes early and they just asked if tank was full and it was so he said thanks and I was gone. It would have been better not to have waited outside All was good.
