Thirfty never more: they don´t have any car! There were waiting more than 30 people more than 3 hours. I cancel the reservation and rent by Budget, where perfect servis.

I ordered online and got the cheapest rate.

The drop-offs was unmanned. Just park the car and give the key to somebody behind a counter. He was grumpy because I didn't have my paperwork.

When we picked up our car, fortunately before we left the lot, we noticed that we had been given a car with an almost flat tire. Alamo quickly put us in another car, but it wasn't until after we left the lot that we realized we were given a car without a full tank of gas. This location doesn't seem to pay attention to details.

Nice car.

We were upgraded automatically. We wanted a car that got good mileage and car got 30 miles to a gallon but it used premium. We were in California so it got expensive.

Clean car

Miscommunication with the local office and remote information staff. I was told there would be no fee for dropping off the car an hour late but instead I was charged an extra hour plus a day official insurance fee and the excuse was that the 1-800 help line does not always have information reflective of each rental site's policy, which should not be the case! What's the point of getting misguided info?
