Car I had reserved was not available. Was given a very nice upgrade for same price. Fuel indicator was off and was adjusted to my favor. All around friendly staff. Drop off was easy and both employees indicated they didn’t want me to be charged additional costs for anything. Really felt like they were looking out for the customer.

Booked and called to confirm only to be told they didn’t have anymore cars when I booked it gave me a confirmation number instead of saying they weren’t able to process.

I rented on a special offer, however I was unaware the Budget office was not at the airport. The airport Budget rep was very helpful and advised keeping that rental ($30/day) and use Lyft to the off site location. The rep at this location was also very helpful in keeping my deal despite late arrival and kind enough to change the drop off back at the airport. Overall experience with Budget was very good. My only criticism is the original booking was unclear to me that it was not at the airport.

I missed the fine print that said the pickup was not at Orlando Airport, but a good 10 miles away, very lucky I was traveling with someone who had their own rental car and was able to take this 77 year old woman to the car rental agency on International Drive. No shuttle was offered from the Airport rental counter and the same economy car I reserved for $350 would be $850 if I picked it up at the airport, kind of left a sour taste.

Got to the airport and they had no presence there. Called them and they said that Budget would honor the reservation. Budget didn't know anything about it so their charge was $50 more. Won't use them again. Ever.

Our reservation was booked a year in advance at an off-airport location for 6pm. Their office closed at 6pm. They didn't call ahead to let us know, or even answer their phones from 5:30pm on, as we were trying to come up with a solution once we landed. We eventually went to the Avis location at the airport and they gave us a price quote for more than double our original reservation. We understand that the airport is more expensive, but that was out of our price range, so we asked to cancel our reservation. The agent at the airport said that's not a problem, and we wouldn't be charged anything. 3 days later we get a charge for cancellation from Avis. The first time we called, the rude agent at this location told me "I'm very busy with customers" and wouldn't offer to help. The second time we called they said they never charged us, which is weird because my credit card statement says otherwise. Zero help in resolving the issue.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They charged way more than was on my reservation which I booked through Kayak and we stood at the counter for two hours because the staff had no idea what they were doing. I’m not sure why you are training in staff when you have a line of 20 people waiting but it was a nightmare. By the end we just said fine charge our card the wrong amount because they couldn’t get it right. Never again will I use this rental company. They also didn’t give us the $250 deposit they charged us so we will have to contest that charge as well. It was unbelievable. Very disappointing and frustrating.

The location I had to pickup and drop off … will never happen again!!! The worse customer service. Rude, disrespectful, and ungrateful would not listen to me !!!! Just gave me the keys and here. Told me if I don’t like it find another place 🤔 but one has a SUV available.

We were told we could leave keys at drop-off location if we showed after our scheduled drop off. The drop off location was a hotel parking lot with not where to drop the keys. Our initial experience with customer service in resolving the issue was not very helpful. We were told we could not change the drop off location. Not until we spoke to a manager was the situation resolved and we were told we could drop off at another location. However, we were forced to take a taxi to our final destination (our original drop off location was walking distance to our hotel).

the second vehicle was okay.

I got to the airport and there was a Payless pick up vehicle that we got on and they took us not to the Payless we thought we were going to. He barely spoke English. We get there and they wouldn't honer the price, and told us we would have to take a taxi. He then said we had to take the insurance that we didn't want. They put us in a car that we had to return because it shook on the highway. By then my wife was stressing me out as well. So in the end we paid double for a vehicle we didn't want and wasted several hours of our time. We ended up having to back to the airport earlier than we planned because we had to have the vehicle back earlier than I planned. It put a major damper on our weekend. The beginning and the end.
