Very efficient with the car pickup & drop off. The location of the lot across the drive to the check-in counters is great. They were out of the car class reserved (not unusual) so upgraded us to a Chrysler 300 at n/c, a very nice car and fit our need much better than the size we had reserved.

Because we drove less than 75 miles, the Budget computer automatically added a $15 fuel charge to the rental fee even though we had topped off the tank before turning it back in. The agent caught this and removed the charge which was the longest part of the drop off process.

The price point could be better. Brittany was thorough and efficient. She even got on the ground to take proper pictures of damage to be photographed cheerfully. We would come back just for her customer service.

They wouldn’t rent to me!! Belittled me because “ went used to people with so low of credit limits!! Paid off a card still wouldn’t run it again!! 1 time per card per 24 hrs!! Said they had expensive equipment and don’t want it damaged I will never attempt to rent from these guys again!! Seamed to not like my insurance I bought from your site either!

Everything!! Neeed to post we don’t want to rent to low credit limit folks who are rebuilding credit!! It ruined a trip after my car broke down!!

The airport location was convenient; The car ('18 Camry) one of the best I've driven -- I would buy it for myself. The mileage fantastic - 35.6 mpg. Return service was also excellent.

the price I was quoted was ok but I returned car 27 hours early & still paid the same price also they added energy surcharge, concession fee recovery, vehicle license cost recovery & additional charges of $27.00 we added a second driver but there is nothing to say that was done. I have called twice to Hertz but so far no answer from them that makes any sence. why is it that your quote & their bill is not the same as I or anyone else would expect the vehicle was fine that they gave us bill is the problem!!!

Thank you to the staff at Yakima airport who had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our car!!

Keep in mind that if chains are required for the Snoqualmie Pass, no chains are available for rentals. So, you’ll have to wait out the weather! Would be helpful - for snowy locations - that something indicate that. But we got through just fine. Chain requirement was dropped by the time we picked up our car.

I was able to upgrade to an all wheel drive (bad weather) car at the check in desk. The customer service was very helpful.

When I called the toll free number to see about upgrading to an all wheel drive car, the customer service rep on the phone didn't speak very good English. He told me I couldn't upgrade and I had no other options. My husband called back, and the female customer service rep ALSO didnt speak English very well. It was difficult trying to get our questions answered.
