Friendly, on site help. My rental was almost $80 cheaper than the quote from the Hertz counter, which I very much appreciated.

As the owner does not have on site (airport) cleaning facilities, that has to be done off site. Yakima is a small airport and flights in and out are occasional, so he uses the down time between flights to go to an off site washing station. Hence, there isn't anyone always at the desk. I happened to come at a time that an out to service sign was up. Otherwise, it was a great experience

Easy pickup and drop off; car was conveniently close to the baggage carousel. Customer service was spot on for the pick up and the whole transaction took less than five minutes.

Such a minor issue, but there was some trash left in the back of the car (just some paper); barely a negative because the car was very clean otherwise.

I looked around the web and found the best deal at Budget. I rented through Kayak as it was easy, but I found all the major sites real close on price.

No one showed up to open the counter. Waited about 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. Had to scramble and get a rental through Enterprise. Definitely not satisfied.

Fairly quick pickup, very quick/easy drop-off. Car was clean.

I rented an economy car, and when I arrived was told I could only rent a full-sized Jeep. Also, the price for a one-way rental was fairly absurd.

The price point could be better. Brittany was thorough and efficient. She even got on the ground to take proper pictures of damage to be photographed cheerfully. We would come back just for her customer service.

They wouldn’t rent to me!! Belittled me because “ went used to people with so low of credit limits!! Paid off a card still wouldn’t run it again!! 1 time per card per 24 hrs!! Said they had expensive equipment and don’t want it damaged I will never attempt to rent from these guys again!! Seamed to not like my insurance I bought from your site either!

Everything!! Neeed to post we don’t want to rent to low credit limit folks who are rebuilding credit!! It ruined a trip after my car broke down!!

I had scheduled to pick the car up at 1200. They closed at 12 so when I got there at 12 they had already closed and I didn't get the rental. Why offer a time to pick up a car at the time they close. I called customer service and they were unremorseful and couldn't cancel since it was with a third party. I couldn't get a refund because your site didn't allow it. So I'm out the cost of a car rental that I wasn't even able to pick up. This experience was extremely infuriating.

I was charged $33 for being EXACTLY ONE HOUR LATE with my return. I picked up the car at 4:33PM on Saturday and returned it at 5:33PM on Sunday. Had the guy put it through the computer a few seconds earlier, I don't suppose I would've been charged. I can't believe that they have no way of waiving the charge. I do a lot of business with Avis, and this leaves a sour taste in my mouth!

The airport location was convenient; The car ('18 Camry) one of the best I've driven -- I would buy it for myself. The mileage fantastic - 35.6 mpg. Return service was also excellent.

the price I was quoted was ok but I returned car 27 hours early & still paid the same price also they added energy surcharge, concession fee recovery, vehicle license cost recovery & additional charges of $27.00 we added a second driver but there is nothing to say that was done. I have called twice to Hertz but so far no answer from them that makes any sence. why is it that your quote & their bill is not the same as I or anyone else would expect the vehicle was fine that they gave us bill is the problem!!!

Thank you to the staff at Yakima airport who had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our car!!

Keep in mind that if chains are required for the Snoqualmie Pass, no chains are available for rentals. So, you’ll have to wait out the weather! Would be helpful - for snowy locations - that something indicate that. But we got through just fine. Chain requirement was dropped by the time we picked up our car.

I was able to upgrade to an all wheel drive (bad weather) car at the check in desk. The customer service was very helpful.

When I called the toll free number to see about upgrading to an all wheel drive car, the customer service rep on the phone didn't speak very good English. He told me I couldn't upgrade and I had no other options. My husband called back, and the female customer service rep ALSO didnt speak English very well. It was difficult trying to get our questions answered.
