The wheels were out of balance and the steering wheel shook when driving between 55 and 65 mph. The dash panel continuously flashed a warning that the car required maintenance. Low window washer fluid light was on continuously.

Our incoming flight was delayed, so we missed our pick up window the first day. Everyone was so accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a MUCH nicer car for only a few more dollars a day. It made our trip 100% better! What a great time

High mile car. Mats were worn, brakes were squeaking. Car performed well and did the job. Punta Gorda Agent was congenial and helpful. Return was easy

Nothing to like. There was no car. I had no rental. Not good.

This was a really stressful really inconvenient experience. There could Actually have been a rental- thaT would have been better. There was no car for me upon arrival or at the main rental site several miles away. Your system needs to interact better with the Enterprise system at Pease, which I guess is a satellite rental location. How was I able to book a car when the rental company has no cars? You need a customer service phone number for when something goes wrong.
