There is no signage at Union Station to inform you where find Budget’s temporary office located in the parking garage since they closed their counter in the building. Although I had reserved a car just hours before, upon arrival they had no small vehicles and informed me that I could wait an indeterminable time in the open air garage at 35 degrees or pay for an upgrade to an suv.
