Loved this store. The agent was a really nice young man and everything was great. I will never use enterprise again since I rented a car and the next morning got a call that they didn't really have a car! So Avis was Awesome! And the return process at seatac was also amazing and took all of 3 minutes.

I was due to drop off my car at 5pm, I arrived at 4:55 and the Office was already closed. This meant I was unable to confirm an alternative payment method for the final balance as well as not being there to oversee an inspection.

I can’t believe they had closed early. I also needed to get a cab to the ferry port which I no longer could as they couldn’t call for me! Thankfully the kindness of strangers prevailed, but not impressed.

Vehicle was ready and waiting, clean, lots of room and good on gas. What could have been better was communication regarding what would be charged on my credit card. After returning a one day rental there was a charge of $426.15 showing as pending when I had already paid for the rental and additional coverages when the vehicle was picked up. There was no mention of any kind of hold or authorization fees when picking up the car.

Over all we were pleased. It would have been helpful to be accompanied from the office to the vehicle to help find it and to have a quick explanation of the set up in the car. Otherwise 👍😊.
