No one at the counter for 10minutes upon my arrival. The budget desk was located inside a hotsl which means vehicles are in a garage. He filled out the “damage” card at the front desk this not inspecting the vehicle. I gave the vehicle a look about, but as I stated, it’s a very dim garage with the car backed into the stall to where I can barely put my luggage in the trunk. I stopped at a gas station about an hour after having the car to find there was damage to the center of the rear bumper. I called budget and was told, “ it will be okay because the damage was previously reported so it will not reflect upon my 24hr’s with this vehicle. Upon dropping the vehicle at a separate location, there was absolutely NO ONE to accept the transfer on vehicle back into the custody of budget. Instead, there was a sign that read, “please leave the keys in the vehicle.” Myself and another woman customer was concerned as to if the vehicles would be safe. We decided to leave after approximately 15 minutes of no budget employees showing up to the drop off area.
