The lady at the front desk was very kind and delivered the car in the time I expected it would take. The instructions were very clear to drive the car out of the lot and to drop it back off again. The car felt like new, and was in good conditions.
I was asked for 2 credit cards, which I wasn't informed beforehand, also, nowhere was I informed that I was supposed to take my passport with me to pick the car up. Finally, the car had no windshield washer fluid.
We got a free upgrade to a better car. - probably because they had no small one available.
We booked the car incl. CDP via KAYAK. The CDP was not accepted so They wanted us to book another one for 36 GBP a day. After some discussions we had to book the minimum insurance which wa much less.
Reservation to pickup Saturday at 1000, drop off Bank Holiday Monday at 1000. Arrived told no car available and probably wouldn't get one. At 1130 they gave us a just returned car that was for someone else. Told us we couldn't return on Monday because of holiday, they'd be closed.
Don't allow return reservation if facility will be closed and no alternate drop-off. Cost me 26 pounds to park. DON'T OVERBOOK.
