Cheap Car Hire in Riverside, New Orleans from AED 18

Hertz didn’t let me know in advance that there wasn’t any cars available to pick up at their location.

I didn’t get to rent a car.

They only had electric cars to rent. Teslas may be good for city rentals, but we were driving to another state and charging an e vehicle takes way too long. We almost missed our flight as we were told it takes 20 minutes to charge, but was more like 45 and we had to charge it three times. Horrible experience

Joseph was great at checkout. Deja was superior at check in. Even more so when she called me later to remind me of all the things I forgot, namely my entire golf bag! Baronne NO is FIRE! Please stay away from other rental trappings! These folks take care of you!

MSY airport rental pickup and drop off is terrible Still use old rental area fro old airport give yourself at least 30 min in transport time

Did not get rental. Arrived to get rental was told the SUV was not available because it was recalled. I ask why they did not call me earlier so I can look for another SUV . Didn’t get a answer. But the lady in front of my wife was called to get the last SUV she think the lady behind the desk for calling her to get the SUV. When ask why she called her she said the lady was in the parking lot. It seem strange that, she saw the lady in the parking lot ,knew she wanted an SUV and knew her phone number. I was without an SUV and because it was so late in the evening every rental place was out of SUV’s. Most of the other rental places told me if I had came before noon they had SUV’s.Had to scramble to find other arrangements since I was leaving on vacation early in the morning.

The initial pick up was satisfactory and I extended for 3 more days but I had to return because the AC started blowing hot air. Then I found out the lady knew the AC was an issue before she gave me the car. She wanted me to drive with hot air over the weekend until Monday. I refused and the treatment became horrible. After I stood there being ignored for about 20 minutes, the lady showed me to another car and said “you want it cold well that’s one is blowing “ and she walked away. I got in and realized the car was old and run down but my credit card was charged the same rental fee and insurance like the previous modern electronic model car. I would never recommend Ace to anyone. That lady needs training in customer service.

They have a hold of $400 over the rental cost for another 7-10 business days after I returned my vehicle. This was no where mentioned during booking the vehicle. I have to follow up with them to ensure I get the money back. Too much hassle as a customer

Nice staff. Car was slightly old but great for price!
