Cheap Car Hire in Northlake Park at Lake Nona, Orlando from AED 160

First name should be “Take”. Spent nearly an hour to eventually get them to honor the reservation price of $261.11. After they tried to change me $545.00. Fortunately I was able to speak with Joshua, who unlike the first guy who became rude and belligerent, was extremely professional and agreed that the reserved price was $261.11. Unfortunately I was given the most stripped down SUV I’ve ever seen. No power seat adjustment for the driver and no power lift gate. Will not be coming back.

A lot of extra fees were added when we rented the car. Also, it was not clear when we got to the Orlando airport where to find the shuttle to get the car at the Advantage venue.

Check in was very slow. Return was quick

The worst experience I've ever had. I am disputing my charges. I am still waiting for a detailed receipt. The amount is higher than I was told when I rented the car. Car was all banged up. No flap door to the guess tank. No choice of the car I requested. This was in orlando.

The shuttle service is very slow. The pickup process took forever . Would never recommend this company if you looking for a smooth experience.

This was an AWFUL place to rent a car from, and I will try to get anyone I know to avoid this place. The shuttle took forever to arrive, and their "advertisement" that it is their shuttle is a small decal on the passenger/driver door, which is easy to miss. They do not have anyone that will answer the phone at the facility, and I was told all calls are sent to a service that has people at home answering the phones. The woman who checked me in was rude and short, and when I went back to tell her about the condition of my first car, she started speaking to me through another person, instead of me directly. My first car had the maintenance oil and filter light on, the maintenance tire light on, and the engine light was on. The second car that I received sounded like it had an engine from a boat on it, and also sounded like we were dragging 1000 pounds of weights behind us. Upon dropping the car off, I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked out(which I returned the car two days prior to the time I had reserved it), and there was ONE person checking people in/out and driving the returns to the back. Just an unbelievably horrible business to be renting cars in a place as busy as Orlando. Horrible.

Got scammed for my money. Flight got delayed and I called and told them I won’t be there until 9pm. Their site said they close at 10pm but the person on the phone said they are closing early on the day of my pickup. I was forced to book through another company to ensure I had a car upon arrival. I didn’t even get refunded the last couple days after the mandatory three day charge. Would not recommend.

It was super unclear how to get the car I rented through them. Not one other rental company in the terminal at Orlando International nor guest service reps knew who or where to get my rental I booked. I finally had to dig deep to get a number - they answered and picked us up at one of the other off site car rental places. We were driven to this off site office complex - was after 9pm - so all dark. The driver for the van was also the desk agent - had to let us into the place to rent the car. Took around 25 minutes for him to figure out everything and to send us on our way with our Toyota that had stains throughout the car. So, then the drop off. We came back to the same office complex to return. Door to the office was locked - tried for 30 minutes to call the number on the glass door leading into the place. Finally after sitting outside for 30+ minutes the shuttle van pulled up - of which was empty of guests. The driver got out and opened the back doors of the van to put our luggage in - before we put them it luggage in he motioned (didn’t speak English) to wait at door to the office. The driver then called someone - then a few minutes later a guy came out of the same office we waited at - he was clearly awaken by the driver and not by multiple calls I made to the office. We did at least make it in time for our flight. Will never ever utilize this rental agency ever again. Very shady!

Charged much more than advertised

I rented an SUV for 7 passangers and got a van at pick up time. I was told they ran out of that size but I had specifically ordered that SUV. I am extremely irritated with my entire experience with Hertz. I had numerous phone calls trying to book this rental and was constantly having to call back to have things fixed. Everyone O spoke with kept messing up my booking.

I indicated I was arriving at 12 noon, which I did, by the time I got to baggage claim and to the pickup spot it was 12:53pm when I called to be picked up by their off-site van service. When I called the woman on the phone told me that my reservation was cancelled. When I questioned by whom, she told me it was canceled automatically at 12:30pm for not picking up the car within 30 minutes of my arrival time, and that she had no other cars to rent. Needless to say I was not happy, I asked her to refund me and she told me she could not as I paid through a service like Kayak and would have to receive a refund from them. No car, no refund and a 55.00 uber expense, not to mention a favor of someone driving me an hour to the airport for my return. I will never do that again.

The company charged extra money for picking up cars which other big companies don't ask for.
