Car I had reserved was not available. Was given a very nice upgrade for same price. Fuel indicator was off and was adjusted to my favor. All around friendly staff. Drop off was easy and both employees indicated they didn’t want me to be charged additional costs for anything. Really felt like they were looking out for the customer.

I never used this Budget car. When I book it, I (thought) was searching for a pickup at MCO. This car was not at MCO, which I didn't notice until I checked in at the airport counter. This is probably my mistake for not double checking the address but I also think my search was expanded curiously.

The location from the airport was a little far and I am not familiar with the Orlando area, but the agents at the counter were very nice. The car was great.

Everything was great until they tried to sneak in a $158 gas charge when I dropped it off after I just filled the tank. I walked away from the counter, not realizing. Once I realized, and brought it to their attention they removed the charge. I got the feeling that this was their SOP.

I was given a better car than I had signed up for, so that was cool, plus a 10% discount for no reason.

The employee was over an hour and 15 minutes late. There were customers flipping out and at one point when they called the specific number to the location we were picking up at they were told it was closed on Sunday and to go to the airport to get a car. Then, out of the blue the employee walks in, and then acted like it was no big deal. It was very unprofessional of that specific location. That was my main issue. Plus after all was said and done it was $120 more than I had been told in my Kayak bill.

I booked what said was airport pick up but was told at the counter i had booked for some where besides the airport but the reservation said airport, also when I went to drop it off the drop off procedure was not very clear

We were told we could leave keys at drop-off location if we showed after our scheduled drop off. The drop off location was a hotel parking lot with not where to drop the keys. Our initial experience with customer service in resolving the issue was not very helpful. We were told we could not change the drop off location. Not until we spoke to a manager was the situation resolved and we were told we could drop off at another location. However, we were forced to take a taxi to our final destination (our original drop off location was walking distance to our hotel).

The car was not at the airport as expected. Hertz wanted to give us a new reservation at a higher rate. We ended up completely cancelling the reservation and getting a car from another service.

I didn't receive my vehicle. I was bombarded with a $200 deposit and had issues with my credit cards. They didn't take cash, and my cards wouldn't be accepted since they got declined while they had sufficient funds. Pretty pathetic and want my refund.

- This enterprise was unwilling to pick us up at our location even though we were only around 8 miles away. - The employee did not communicate any information more than she had to. The reservation was in my name, but my boyfriend was going to be the only driver. Since it was on my card, she would not let him be the only driver. We had to pay an additional fee for a second driver even though I was not going to be driving the vehicle. We mentioned this to her and she did not seem to care and said the card had already been run. - We received a vehicle with a tank "slightly under full". It is difficult to know exactly how much gas was in the vehicle upon return.

We booked our car through Enterprise because it was close to the airport. When we called to ask if there was a shuttle to their facility from the airport, they said no, we had to find a way to get there and they were about a half hour away. I stated to them "Your slogan says "We'll pick you up."" They said they don't pick up from the airport. What the heck? Really? So, I cancelled my car rental and rented from Avis in the airport. Enterprise just lost my business.

The agency was actually off the airport property and would neither " pick us up" or the agency on premises would not honor the price or take us to the other site, great teamwork and customer service guys. I'll be sure to rent there again, Not!!

Good service at desk.I specified a compact car(focus) but got a Yaris at the garage.Too tired to argue.

The sun pass charge of 10.49 dollars per day is far too high and much more than others charge.

Mary at the Convention Center worked diligently to get us a car to get out of the Hurricane zone. It was greatly appreciated. A young man "Neal?" at the nearby Enterprise location was an equal partner in the effort. We were able to miss the bulk of the storm and get to Orlando safely.
