I appreciated ordering the car online. I got a call the day before telling me that they would not likely have the vehicle, and that I would have to find another driver to have two vehicles. The vehicle was available, but instead of a 15 seater, it had room for 11, causing me to get another vehicle. I used the van for scouts, and it reeked of cigarette smoke and made me dizzy while driving it. I could not adjust the driver's seat properly, and I asked one of the agents to assist me when I got in the van, and he basically told me to adjust it myself when he checked the van. I had to hold my arms out the entire time in order to drive the vehicle. When I returned the van, I had a difficult time with the agent when I expressed these issues, and she said that she understood but I needed to pay the full amount, and did not forward me to a manager when I asked. I don't see myself ever renting from this system again.
