No car available- walked 30 minutes there and back. Waste of time.
Process was simple and smooth, and the car was FABULOUS!!!! Price was very good. I would rent from them again.
This was our second car that we had to pick up on our trip, they thoroughly went over the vehicle, took photos, and were very quick and efficient. Very friendly staff, took time to make conversation. Young guy who served us was very professional, and did an awesome job. We will definitely use this company again.!!! thanks for the 2022 Dodge Charger!!

Only thing that could have been better is that I didn't know the insurance I purchased through Kayak didn't cover everything, since in California you also need a life-insurance policy for drivers. That added another ~$20, which isn't much, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, just would have been nice to know beforehand. Maybe I missed it in the print somewhere.
We booked a rental car for Friday March 18th and Thursday March 17th in the evening we received a call that they did not have any cars available! Incredibly frustrating! We were stranded at our hotel, our expectation was that if we reserved a car there would be a car for us.
No complaints at all. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rental car was as expected.

First, finding the location inside of the Hilton hotel was a bit confusing. Adding additional location info such as location inside Hilton hotel would be good for both Kayak and Enterprise communications. Once there, the agent at the desk went out of her way to find the vehicle that I was looking for. The reservation was for a Ford F150 or similar, the vehicle that was waiting for me was a Toyota Tacoma, a much smaller vehicle. The agent called many nearby locations and found the vehicle that I reserved. I know that was not an easy task as there is a nation-wide vehicle shortage

The roominess and smooth ride.
The price of gas at return. I was exhausted after a long drive home and decided to let them fill the tank. $6 a gallon! WOW, if I weren't so tired, I would have driven down the street where it was less than $5 a gallon. I'll NEVER make that mistake again!! And it was only a half tank and it cost over $40 to top it off.
The staff in Las Vegas where excellent with a slight issue we had.. nothing was a problem and issue fixed fast

Car was good. It was clean.
The way the representative treated me at the counter. Whatever personal issues he’s having he needs to stop projecting them into clients. The way he treated me and my father was unacceptable. He was very condescending.
I brought the car back 15 minutes late and they charged me $32.33 more. RIPOFF
The gas tank was only 3/4 full at pickup. Because the rental agent failed to note that in the computer, I was charged a gas fee of $50 upon return even though I returned the car almost 7/8this full.
The representatives at the John Wayne airport, who eventually assisted me, were great! They took care of me with in a timely manner and worked with me to make sure I had the car I needed.
I initially picked up my vehicle at the Anaheim location. The young lady at the counter was rude and not helpful. She was condescending and had a terrible attitude to be working in customer service.
Pickup person wasn't friendly, car seat was dirty. Drop off person in Palm springs was very nice however
Was refused service because of a glitch in their reservation system.

when I checked in at PS airport the worker there processed me really fast but never asked if I wanted a printed receipt or one sent by e-mail. she sent it by e-mail without asking what my preference was
Great car. (With all the rental car challenges lately, I was especially happy with it.) Very good price, too, considering I dropped it off at a different location.
Staff friendly and helpful. I forgot the remote control of my garage inside the car, and they kept it for me.
Unprofessional stuff, badly equipped mechanics that don’t care about cars.
