The Dollar people were going to charge us another $13 a day for an added driver. That was not in the agreement.

The rental didn’t even happen because even though we called their corporate customer service and had the pickup time changed the number they had for the local office at the Boise airport was disconnected and turns out their office closes at 5 pm and they don’t offer any sort of after hours pick up.

Information on Debit card use. There was no indication that before a 24 hour reservation a debit card could not be used. Then the rules with a debit card are absurd.

Alison was professional and helpful. I wish her computers were running faster! The software was taking a while to load yet she wasn’t getting frustrated. She was quick on her feet and started to boot up another computer. Easy drop off, overall smooth process. Thanks!

The inside of the vehicle could have been sprayed out/ cleaned a little better. There was caked on dirt in the trunk area and dog hair in the back seat. Overall staff was great and accommodating.

I’ll never use a discount car rental again. I saved $5, but my trip was canceled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Since I saved $5 on the discounted price, I was not refundable and they would not allow me to change the rental to a future date. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

I tried too cancel well in advance, and kept trying all the way up to departure date, due to Kovid 14-day quarantine in Idaho. They refused (both Thrifty and their booking broker. Never again.

Avis MISTAKENLY overcharged me $200 and rented me a car with a 6 month delinquent registration that a cop nicely did not cite me for. When I tried to contact AVIS their auto telephone system sent me all over with prompts that I didn’t want and never could get me to a real agent. Never using AVIS again if I can help it and will contact their billing for overcharge (if I can ever get to talk to a real person), otherwise an attorney!

Staff in the office were amazing. Friendly and prompt with all the paperwork. One of my best car rental experiences ever! I will definitely use this agency again. The inside of the car could have been cleaner, especially the carpet. The floor mats were missing so it seemed that sand and dirt was more imbedded in the black carpet.

Several things were okay. Rental car prices are crazy expensive compared to all other aspects of travel. So much so, that I've not been able to do trips only because of the rental car prices. Hotel, airfare, and food were within budget.

The Chrysler Pacifica van was excellent and made our 2 week travels VERY enjoyable. The vehicle features were awesome. Ran very well. Staff was super friendly too. Highly recommend!

Our angel at the airport saved our bacon. I was directed to a pick-up location that was closed for the weekend upon our arrival. Had I known that, I would have done something differently. Luckily Enterprise had a kiosk at the airport and the person took us under their wing and got us a car quickly. They were the rockstars of the show for sure!
