We have rented a car accordingly to the reservation number k05900142A2. The car was picked at the right spot, date and time ( 5010 N Tyron St, Charlotte NC at 12:00pm on Monday april 11th) and dropped off at the right spot, date and earlier than the time set for drop-off (TYS airport, Knoxville TN at around 10am on April 14th). At the Hertz counter at the airport, an attendant took our keys and said they weren’t going to make inspection of the car right away because there was no one there to do that at the moment. Thus, she said we were all set to leave, since inspection would be done sometime during the week and just after inspection we would receive a receipt via email. Not only I never received a receipt on my email, but also my credit card was charged a total of 915 dollars, when the right charge for the 3 days rental +insurance would be 369 plus 200 dollars that would be refunded after we dropped the car off. All that to say, I don’t understand the amount charged to my credit card. We urgently need this amout to be given back since whatever happened so that all was charged was absolutely out of any orientation of your team/terms.
