car interior had a strange odor

Both pickup and drop off were easy and smooth. The lady that helped us pick out the car on pickup was EXCELLENT. Our car was great and just what we needed.

The car was dirty at pickup.

The car was a but dirty on the outside but overall good, I mightve left my sweater in the car.

The price was great and it was busy when I got there and I got my car within 30 Min. It went a little to fast in the cleaning part. Needed to ve vacuumed I found a cup under my seat and it had dirt in it. The seats were clean and it was just washed so I was ok with that.

Disappointed by treatment at pick-up.

They took the reservation but then had no car

Flight was delayed few hours by the time we got to counter they were close meanwhile all the other rental companies were open had to book through another company to get a car big waste of time

Awful experience… one of the drivers forgot their license… Enterprise said no problem, just go to any enterprise location and add the driver… several hours and two locations later no results. We had picked it up from the airport which was 30 miles away but if we were told only airport location could add drivers then we would have just gone back to it. Also, we’re told someone would call us if any issues. When we didn’t hear and called, we’re to had to go to airport. We get there next morning, delaying our trip by another few hours, only to be told it had been done already the day before. What a royal mess. They did offer to waive 15$ fee to add a driver though!!!

The most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced. I don’t normally have good experience with rental car agencies, but this branch was definitely the exception….professional, courteous and friendly; all you’d expect from a top-notch enterprise!

I rented an S-Class vehicle. It was not available when I arrived at the DFW counter. The rental agent gave me a sub-class car without telling me. It was also filthy. You could hardly see out the windshield. It had 70,000 miles on it, a Buick Encore. The steering was not perfect and after a good rainstorm it had a big scratch on the side. I was disappointed. It felt like a bait and switch. The details of the contract need to be fulfilled accurately, Avis, or it leads to a negative experience. Thank you.

Bad experience. They gave me a car without extra tire( inside) I had a flat tire Road assistant couldn’t help me. I return The car before the due date because I had flat tire and they didn’t refund me anything even though my Uber money back . Very sad

A previous renter had obviously smoked an our car, as our car smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We didn't fully appreciate this until we had driven out of the lot and it was very late at night and there was a line of about 80 people at the Avis counter, so we could not realistically go back and exchange it. Avis should not be renting cars in which people have obviously smoked. Now all of our clothes and belonging smell like steel cigarette smoke. Yuck!

Everything was smooth and professional.

Value was good, but van was older and the Check Engine light came on halfway thru my rental. Nothing functionally wrong with the van, just an older model with 72k miles on it.

At first we were going to ger a van that wasn’t even cleaned. As we proceeded my total wasn’t matching her break down and then we get told we can’t use tolls?

My destination was Missouri as it told the attendant at the counter. I got charged a $1000 fine for going there.

No cars. I was stuck at DFW. There were no cars.
