Was hoping for Toyota Camry as advertised in full size class. Chevy Malibu was very, very difficult to figure out controls -never did on many things. If son had not been along to help with turning things on, off, up, down and being co-pilot, I would've had a nervous breakdown! Taught me that I will never buy a Malibu, even if it was offered near free, Also location was far from home, had to keep three days longer than planned till I can get a ride home from Leetsdale Drive without paying $40 for ride
They lost my reservation through Kayak and ended charging me twice the rate.

My car rental experience was terrible. Our rental was denied because there were no vehicles available. We ended up having to use another rental service for our trip.
Watch out for transfers. We were led to believe we were booking for pick-up at the airport, and the day before traveling, they called to confirm we were booked half an hour away in Denver. I asked if they had a shuttle and the guy literally said I could take an Uber. And he had no way to transfer to the airport location. Canceled and went with Budget. Enterprise slogan "We'll pick you up." ROFL.
Terrible customer service when calling the day before leaving to remind us pick up was not at the airport but 30 minutes away. I called several people to try and figure out how it wasn’t at the airport which I requested when I booked it. So either Kayak or Enterprise messed up the reservation and no one gave customer service to rectify the situation. Will never go through Kayak or Enterprise again.
we booked this online and i put in Denver International airport it scheduled my car at a hertz 20 away for 4 of us that was a $51 uber fee. There was a hertz at the airport that is where I thought our car was supposed to be. Nope the woman was rude at the airport. when we tried to maybe switch a reservation it was going to cost $820 for 4 days for the same small car that we got for $160 at the other hertz 20 min away. when we got to the other place the guy seemed to have better things to do than help us with our reservation. then when we explained what happened his response was...it happens all the time. WTF
The website not book us somewhere 20 minutes away for one. Hire employees that actually want to help people and not be rude. When you are on vacation in a new place the last thing you want to do is have to find a ride someplace else to pick a care up and deal with rude lazy people.
The car reeked of weed. Felt like I needed to wash my clothes when I got out. When I arrived at my destination, my host asked me if I had smoked pot on the way — which I had not.
Total disaster - despite having made the booking a week earlier, we received a phone call 1 hour before we were due to pick up our car and were told there were no cars available. No explanation, no offer to help find another vehicle, just simply that "we have no cars for you". Completely unprofessional service.
The Hertz rental location was no near the airport. I ended paying a $200 surcharge to be able to get a car at the airport. Total scam!! I will never use Kayak again to rent a car.
My reservation was cancelled one day before my trip was set to start. I was told it was because Amazon booked the vehicles.
