Pick up was swift and and staff super courteous but, the one way rental was made into a drop-off by mistake and the agent said I could drop it at any location like I made my reservation for. We couldn’t change the vehicle in the software is how a new reservation was needed to begin. Car was comfortable and gas efficient. Upon returning the vehicle, before due date/time, no enterprise retail station was open except for and hours drive to an airport location. I had procured a ride to drop off the car for return. Realizing the virus has closed shops but that info should have been explained at the time of rental. I was forced to drop keys and leave rental at closed lot, then sit with my friend until we contacted customer service to claim drop off - and relieve me of financial responsibility. So reservation wasn’t correct, drop off was very troubling, so the reduced experience.
Correctable/changeable reservations at time of purchase agreement. Hours and places open for return disclosed at time of rental so you can make your arrival plans needs work. Thank you
