Cheap Car Hire in Birch Park Finger Streets, Fort Lauderdale from AED 23

It was unclear how to contact the offices directly, so we ended up getting transferred to call centers a couple of times that didn’t have accurate information for our pick up and drop off locations, specifically when we couldn’t find a location and were unclear on hours of operation.

Great value for the vehicle and drive time. The pickup went smooth and they were very understanding of our need to make it back to NY ASAP. Will def book with kayak and budget again bc of this experience

The two people that run the that location are incredibly unprofessional. They weren’t at the desk when I arrived, they left cell phone numbers to call. I called Nichola, she had a horrible attitude and said sorry, call one of the other numbers, I’m not working today. I called the other number for Jack. Got his voicemail several times in a row. He finally called me back after I asked for help from the hotel staff. He sounded like he was at a party as someone was screaming happy birthday in the background. After about 30 or 40 min of waiting, Jack finally arrived. He didn’t have my car ready, he was hunting through a huge ring of keys. He ended up sticking me in a car that was completely filthy, dirty, smelled bad…. I ended up stopping at Walgreens and buying Windex to clean the car out because it was so nasty. I’ll never rent from this location or likely even from Budget again. Do yourself a favor and stick with Enterprise. I’ve never had trouble with Enterprise and they actually pick you up. Good luck if you’re dealing with this clown show.

When I dropped off the car, the attendant didn't give me a paper receipt; when I asked him what the final cost was, he couldn't tell me, and informed me that I would get an invoice by email within 24 hrs. The invoice I eventually received showed that the car was logged as "returned" 5 hours later than I actually checked it in, and I was charged for an extra day that would not have occurred if they had logged my check-in at the correct time. Given that the attendant would not tell me the final price, I believe that they recorded the later check-in time deliberately to justify the over charge. DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT.

Attendant at pick up, couldn't be bothered to to help in any way just wanted paper work signed and for us to leave.

The booking was not at the airport. Couldn’t switch without a big fee increase. Went with another carrier

Car was ready. No issues at all. Wasn’t aware of the $50 a day deposit hold on car. But everything else was amazing.

They called me ONE hour before my reservation to tell me they had no cars. The location was empty and staffed by one manager trainee who didn't know what to do. Unacceptable.

I did not like anything!!
