The car was nice, but I got there early and asked to be rented early. Instead I waited around for one and a half hours because the car was being cleaned. When I got the car it was still dirty on the exterior. Besides that’s nice employees.

I wasn’t even able to rent the car because my age didn’t qualify for the car that I wanted to rent and I haven’t gotten my prepaid refund back. Poor customer service!

The staff was friendly and both pick-up and drop-off was easy

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness in my rental. It did not look like my rental vehicle was even cleaned or sanitized. I expected more from Enterprise rental especially with the covid-19 pandemic. I made sure to document with pictures all my dissatisfactions and was tempted to let the staff know of them at my drop-off point, but I am truly not one of those consumers, In all honestly this is my first review ever, but Like I said I was disappointed in the initial presentation of my vehicle at my pick-up point.

The convertible mustang was perfect for driving down the coast from Miami to Key West!

After confirming location, I ubered from my hotel which cost 27$ to the location because I could not get in touch with anyone to pick me up, which was the main reason I chose enterprise. The location was closed and I called Enterprise’s main number and they told me to go to another location which was also closed. At this point I had more in Uber than I did in the rental. I finally got ahold of another location and had to Uber again there. Once I got the car there was no walk around, it had a half a tank of fuel causing me to make another stop, and was filthy inside and smelled of smoke.

The car was clean.

The pickup was a disaster and took over 30 minutes because of tablet issues. The car was on EMPTY when I picked it up. The stereo didnt work well, the sound got distorted when you turned it up.

They didn’t have a car available and refused to help with a refund. I had to call their HQ for a refund. Highly recommend using a different provider
