Enterprise confirmed a booking for a car rental (online), charged my card but when I showed up to pick up the car, they told me that they are sold out.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. Very friendly. The car itself could’ve been in better shape. It shook and vibrated on the highway between 70-80mph. (The speed limit on FL highways is 70mph)

Well actually GETTING a car would have been nice. Received a call saying all the cars were out and there were some coming in on Sunday when they were turned in so I would receive a call Sunday or Monday. NEVER HAPPENED. So, I ubered everywhere. Really shoddy customer service.

Staff was rude, car is old and in bad condition to drive.
When you try to call Sixt they are bad at responding or answering the phone. No communication at all except getting your money in the beginning. 🥴

They didnt give me a full tank of gas upon pick up. Tried to charge me for misc. things. Claimed I dented the back of the car (I didnt). The car itself was fine....not great. not worth the money.
