The first car I rented smelled like urine and shook on the Highway. To Avis’ credit they changed out the car without any hassle and the second car was much better, My initial check in at Dadeland station was poor. The computer did not work so it made the process longer.

Not a long wait for the location I was at.

It was a very long and expensive taxi ride from Miami airport. When I went to trim it in, the office was closed 10 minutes early so I had to call the number on the door. Fortunately, Damion answered and met me in front to give him the keys.

Worst experience ever. Do not rent a car in that location; the manager is rude, and the employees are not helpful. I had to wait an hour to get my car.

The main issue was that I booked a car for Miami with full expectation that it was the Miami AIRPORT location. I feel completely misled by the KAYAK site when I was booking the car. When we arrived it was evening and the airport Hertz said they had no reservation for us and that it was made for the downtown location. I had no idea there was a downtown location or that I had mistakenly made the reservation for that location instead of the airport. This information should be made blatantly obvious when you reserve a car. It should scream out to the user to avoid this type of stressful error. Of course it ended up costing me more money to book another car at the airport last minute ($140 more) and I blame KAYAK for this. I will proabably never use KAYAK for car rental booking again.

The location should open earlier on a Saturday as Sunday it’s closed. The place was understaffed so it took awhile. Agent tried though!

Renting from Hertz at the Miami airport was very easy and stress free. Our group rentebted two cars for a week. We drove down to the Florida Keys, and zero issues or concerns with the rentals. Price was as quoted. Cars were clean.

Be sure to plan for time to get to the rental car center at the Miami airport. Have to take a train and walk a bit.

Well actually GETTING a car would have been nice. Received a call saying all the cars were out and there were some coming in on Sunday when they were turned in so I would receive a call Sunday or Monday. NEVER HAPPENED. So, I ubered everywhere. Really shoddy customer service.

If the staff had been upfront and honest about cost, such as actual cost of adding an additional driver, cost of detailing at the end (for sand and additional &100!) very disappointed and will not return to enterprise.

Pick-up and drop off was very efficient. The car however was stinking of cigarette, was not properly clean, and the drivers seatbelt buckle was not working properly and kept going off id you didn't press it very hard, which we thought was very dangerous. Also the car we got consumed a lot of fuel, was very inefficient.

There is absolutely NO lumbar support in the front seats of the Toyota Corolla we drove all the way back from Florida City, FL to Traverse City, MI. To be honest, it was the worst car to sit in as I was a front seat passenger and I have lower back/hip issues (not real serious) but by the time I got out of the vehicle after 6-8 hours riding (plus at least 3 pit stops each step of the journey because of the lack of any support of my back), I was crippled to the point that I had to hold on to step rails in order to pull myself up some outdoor steps. I would highly recommend to your customers to NOT rent one of these cars unless they have NO back problems. Not satisfied at all, especially for the price of said vehicle to even begin with!

It was the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE EVER. They didn’t have a car available for my Saturday reservation, they had me come back Sunday and again didn’t have a car available then either. And all this I was dragging my 5 month old son in a car seat taking a Uber back and forth with him to get a car, until finally they told me I had to go to the airport location to get a car and that was done Sunday night after taking another Uber with my son to the airport to get a car. IT WAS A TOTAL TOTAL NIGHTMARE. And I didn’t enjoy any parts of it at all...

Reasonable price for weekly rental with drop off different from pickup location. Budget rental reservation Agents did assist with billing and car availabilty issues.

Car was unavailable at the origanal location, so had to pick up from airport. Car was dirty inside and out, stained rear seats. Vehicle had slight shimmy at highway speed and brakes grabbed/ pulsated.

Didn't have vehicle, sent me to another location an hour away at my own cost and charged me extra to rent from there. Reason provided for not giving me vehicle: "Meh, the people who deliver vehicles to our location don't care." Most horrid rental experience of my life. Day ruined, no apologies at all, and at nearly double the quoted price too. Stay far away from these crooks.
