All good service and car wise however there was a smoking smell lingering in the car.

The office closed at 12 noon. They were closed when I was supposed to pick up the car!
I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees. I failed to get their names but am sending them a high five!
Nice car but not enough explanation on how to operate the features of the car.
Getting to the rental location was difficult, no clear direction on where and how to get a pick up. Everything is on an app. and that is a pain if you phone is no working well.
Please ensure that u add additional time to your booking in the beginning itself. They charged me for 2 whole additional days for returning the car about 3 hours late. Also, the Audi Q3 is not the best option for a long drive. The car hydroplaned massively on wet road conditions in upstate NY. Seat quality and ride quality left a whole lot to be desired. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t be recommending.

The App is essential and I was only recommended to get it ahead of time. Tell the customer that it is required, so they will have all info loaded ahead of time.
Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The cost is high high, but it was expected. The pick-up spot gate was closed and there is no parking for those who come with a car.
Attendant at location was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude enough that I opted to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements. I can't say anything about the vehicle itself since I was never in it.
The location had no cars available when I arrived despite my reservation. They were completely unable to help me and wasted my time coming over to pick up my rental instead of calling to inform me that my reservation was meaningless.
Reservation for Friday at 5pm - they wouldn’t open the door for me at 4:50pm - was left without a car.
Nothing terrible experience
Communication would have been better. The location I was picking up the car starting closing on weekends for covid. No one notified me, so I paid for. $20 Uber to show up to a closed business. Hertz shouldn’t had the common sense to call people who booked weekend pickups and reschedule them. Ridiculous
