I was overcharged! Not sure who is at fault but I will not be using that 3rd party service again.
I didn’t expect an SUV in place of an economy car. I preferred a small car.
First time renting a car in almost 10 years and apparently I’m lot savvy enough to not get ripped off. The cost was doubled what the reservation quoted and I was told it was due to the taxes and fees on top of what I was quoted. Should have paid more attention to the reservation quote which said it already included those taxes and fees. I guess the thing to know is that you might have to argue with the clerk about what you expect to pay, because the system is already set up to upcharge you. I guess I’ve learned my lesson about being naive.
Was given the wrong vehicle. Had to walk back to the rental desk and wait for them to figure out the issue.
Didn’t have the vehicle we requested and gave us an option not suitable for our travel needs

Easy pick up and drop off. Good car. The clerk at the rental desk was kind, but when talking about the insurance, it can be more clearly explained so one knows what exactly is covered and what is not when asking about it.
1) pickup at rail station 2) ease in returning car 3) easy to make adjustment 4) cost
Staff was very friendly , professional car was clean and no issues during rental
A complimentary pick up from airport would be helpful since the airport was all sold out

Rental Car was not washed and cleaned.
I had to cancel my flight due to covid. I couldn’t access my car rental info to cancel it. There were no email to let me know prior to my cancelled trip. I hope I’m not being billed for it. Thank you Forrest
the reservation i made I thought was at the airport instead it was 20 miles away so i end up pay a different price then what i suppose to pay
Because the car I reserved and paid for was done with a credit card that had been “security compromised” and reissued, they would not release the car to me. I had to book a “walk-up” reservation, and pay a second time. I would like my initial payment refunded, and the second payment as well, for the anxiety this situation created. I’ve been a Gold member for over 20 years, and Kayak’s system does not jive well with Hertz. I am upset!
They were closed when we returned the car at 10am on a Friday. I just had to leave it. Kind of frustrating. Another couple caught a cab there to pick up a car and had to leave again because they were closed...this was during normal business hours.
The off site location closes at 6pm and not open Saturday & sundays. Poor hours for a car rental location
They called the day I was to rent the car to say they didn't have a car for me-or any car for that matter. I was in the midst of the trip-flying from Alaska to Portland via Seattle when I got their voicemail cancelling. Horrible!
It was a great van for what I needed!
Van was in good condition, and customer service was great :)
