Drop off was very easy once we found a location that was willing to help us. The Washington ave. Location in St. Louis was absolutely horrible and not willing to help us at all. We had reserved a van and they did not have any left once we arrived to pick it up.

We arrived at the Washington ave location in St. Louis and were told they didn’t have our van and it was our responsibility to find another location that had a van. Two minutes later the staff was helping another customer transfer their pickup to another location but couldn’t do the same for us?

There are no signs leading to drop off location in the hotel. A bit confusing to find.

The rental agents were very professional and polite. But it was the ones who picked me up and dropped me off who really impressed me. Super friendly, amiable and interesting! Car was good, clean and relatively comfortable. Got great MPG.

"Maintenance reqd" light came on while driving through dense fog in the mountains. Was not near a place where I could pull off at the time, so was a little worrisome until I was able to get somewhere that I was able to establish that it was apparently nothing more than scheduled upcoming service.

They were closed but until you pay to street park in a busy downtown area, and walk all the way to the building to go in, you had no way to know to use a garage for drop off located right across the street. Even Hertz customer service didn't know about this garage. In basement of hotel so also hard to locate. Could have sign outside for convenience or tell people which garage to drop off in. Have to wait four days until they reopen to make sure everything's ok with check in. Anything could happen in a garage to the car in four days. Bad drop off process.

I walked in a few minutes after closing (didn’t realize it closed at 6) and the team there was kind and willing to accommodate me. They worked quickly to get me a rental and were friendly the whole time.

Pick up and dropoff was good.

Car was not ready when promised even though I called before going to pick up the car. I was told that it was ready and when I arrived it wasn't at the location. I had to return.

I never got the rental reserved because location didn't have the vehicle and when they finally got the reserved vehicle, the price wasn't honored and price doubled. I think I'd Kayak, Priceline should verify the companies will honor coupons because I was told that's the reason price wasn't honored.

I booked a convertible only to find out they don’t have any. Didn’t have any luxury or premium Cars anywhere in stlouis either. Why was i allowed to book that and ended up with a Kia for 10 days. Worst city I’ve traveled to.

Spent 2 hours trying to get the Full-Size pick-up truck and driving around St. Louis. Was sent from the Olive Street location to the STL airport location to pick up the rental as they said they were not going to receive it from the airport location but I could go to the airport to pick it up. Arriving at the airport location they never did anything like that and they could not honor my rental reservation. Called back to the Olive location and was told that they do that all the time as that is where their inventory comes from. Worst experience and a waste of my time. Left without the rental as we needed the full size pick up truck I rented to move a few item to college for my daughter.

I booked a car at one location for a specific price. That location was going to be closed so they sent me to a different location that wouldn't honor price. After many phone calls and much yelling now I have to wait for a refund of the money I was over charged. A nightmare

Reserved a small car. When I showed up at my reserved pickup time the office was closed despite the posted hours saying they should be open. When I called the next day, they told me that they only had one car on the lot and it was a ford f150 and didn’t seem to have any idea about my reservation.
