Had to take an Uber to get there because we were unaware there was a shuttle bus available. The directions included with the reservation stated taking a public bus, which was not an option for us. When we got there, the line was 15 people deep and 3 staff trying to help. Most people were yelling and complaining about their car not being there, needing insurance documentation or an exorbitant deposit. Having heard this, I called my insurance agent to be prepared with proof of insurance. However when I finally did get to the counter over an hour later, I was questioned about the validity of the form. He then tried to charge me for the rental, which was prepaid. A phone call to the main office resolved that. Had it not been prepaid, would have left shortly after arriving. We then had to give them a $2500 deposit to rent the car which I wasn’t planning on. Most people in the line were not able to afford that. I had to put it on a charge card which subsequently maxed me out and curtailed my ability to pay for other things during my stay. The drop off however was like a different place. A quick once over, friendly staff and a shuttle van to the airport. Still would never rent from them again
