Hi there, I'd really like to talk to someone from Kayak about my experience with this company because I've never rented from such an illegitimate-feeling business like this in my life. Because I found through Kayak, I assumed they were fine, but I was sorely mistaken. Ultimately, I think you need to take them off your website because no one should have to go through what I experienced. Also, I'd like to be compensated for everything I paid above and beyond the initial rental fee because of how they nickel and dime renters. At a high-level, here was the experience. Plus I have pictures and receipts if you guys would like to see anything else: - I landed and followed the instructions out of TPA to find the shuttle, thankfully someone at the information desk had given me their phone number and warning that they don't always answer, that said, they picked up right away so I assumed I was fine - When the woman answered, she asked me my name and immediately told me that they didn't have the size car I rented and that I'd need to pay more to rent the larger car they had available for me; when I said I refused and it wasn't my fault that they didn't have the car, she hung up on me - I proceeded to call back 5 more times, but no one answered, and when I tried to find their address in the reservation so I could Uber there, they provided the address of Tampa Airport, which is definitely not where they're located - When I went to find help, the guy at TPA said that was super common for the and that he was shocked they're still in business. He then offered to call them from his number, to which they answered immediately - When he handed me the phone and I confronted her for hanging up on me, she told me she didn't but that they all of a sudden had my car and the shuttle was on its way - Ultimately it took me 45 minutes to get from the shuttle waiting area to their off-airport location because of them - When I got their, she told me my reservation was cancelled and then just starred at my blankly... - When I refused to pay more or rebook she, again, suddenly "found" my reservation - I then had to pay for insurance through them and despite it clearly saying $10/day (3 days for my rental) she charged me over $100 AND ran it through PayPal, which just feels illigitimate - She then asked me if I needed a SunPass at $25/day and when I showed her on a map where I was going and that I was taking toll roads, she said that I could pay with cash if I used the cash lanes. I opted not to add the SunPass on, but there were no actual tolls so I went under 12 electronic tolls and Green Motion charges you $25/toll (total $300) - While standing there, another man walked in who got into Tampa the night before and had to rent a car through Budget because Green Motion never answered his call nor picked him up so it turns out they're an equal opportunist in their customer abuse - Upon returning the car I mentioned what happened with the tolls and the guy said he'd talk to them to see if there was anything he could retroactively do to help, but I haven't heard back - I also then asked if I could use their bathroom and was horrified to see that the women's bathroom didn't have any locks, which feels super predatory given everything, but that they men's room did Ultimately, this was absolutely the most stressful and miserable car rental experiences I've ever been through and I HIGHLY encourage you to drop them. I really thought I could trust any company I find through you and this put a serious cloud over that. Appreciate any help from you guys, Katie
