Where do I start with this review first off our flight was delayed 7 hours from Detroit. So I call Nextcar in Tampa to notify them about my situation they said no problem it’s out of your hands. so that being said when we finally arrive in Tampa and get our luggage it’s about 7:40pm so me, my wife and my twin toddlers are in a mad scramble to get to Nextcar, we get there at 7:50pm the female worker asks me for my reservation number i give her every single number I was emailed, I give her my Drivers license, i show her my own insurance slip only for her to say oh you don’t have the Nextcar confirmation number nothing I can do for you, you’re going to have to contact the 3rd party (kayak/Rentalcars.com) and we close at 8:00pm and I’m going home. 7:59 comes she stops helping and walks off in the back only to leave me and my family stranded there! she had zero compassion not even willing to try and look it up. I ended up having to call my cousin 2 hours away to pick us up. I’m absolutely disgusted with Nextcar! so do yourself a favour do not book with them if you find yourself in this situation they couldn’t give 2 f$&ks about there customers because god forbid they have to work 10 minutes after 8:00pm
