Great experience, I would use SixT again.

I used a different credit card at pick up than the one I used when I made the reservation. Both cards were charged the total fee. I was told that the card I used when I made the reservation would be refunded. However, I still have not received a refund. The reference number for the reservation was 24510723217108697920056.

I locked in the rental with kayak at $315.00, everything I wanted included and when I picked car up it was $600.00 . The associate at the desk claimed kayak has wrong pricing. complete rip off. will never use kayak or sixt again!

They didn't provide a charging cable for the EV, despite saying there "should" be one in the trunk. So we had no option to charge other than to find a public charger, of which there were none in the area where we stayed. We could barely leave the place we were staying for fear of not having the battery to get back to Tampa.

No line to pick up car. That was fast. Not crazy about driving a vehicle with 52K miles on it. Car was not as clean as it should be, some noticeable dirt on floor.

I was Renting The Car Is mine Was in shop. When they found Out that I was not a traveler they requested a copy of a utility bill a $500 deposit and several other ìtems. The rep ws rude and unprofessonal. Neveŕ rented the car. You need to remove thèm from ÿour list.

Car was ok, people working for ace needs to be trained on how to treat costumers, they are very rude and so unprofessional , at he kiosk at the airport they were almost forcing me to upgrade my rental and trying to get me to buy some other unnecessary stuff, it was so unprofessional, I don’t know if I’ll rent a car from this place again.

Car was better than expected. Service agent at the beginning was the worst part of the experience. No issues… more direction with instructions for drop off would have been nice. Overall not a bad experience and for the price I would definitely use them again.

We had a pleasant experience with Fox rental tho there was a misunderstanding from the time of the car rental pick up process. We were billed with an unexpected amount, we went back the next day to clarify and their MANAGER SHAE was so nice and accommodating. She helped and discussed the concern that we have. She made an effort to make changes with our rental that fitted our needs. I can't commend her enough with how professional and helpful she was. Other staffs were nice too, Henry, Asha, Joaquin and Paul.. They all greeted us with a warm welcome, not making us feel strangers at all.. The car was nice and clean. We rented a Minivan but they gave us a GMC Denali with the same price and a full tank of gas (charge with minimum).. We all loved it as it is huge, more room for everyone!! Car rental return was smooth, we even asked to see Shae again just to say goodbye... For the renters, just make sure you understood everything before signing any documents to save you from trouble. I would be more than happy to rent again with Fox car rental.. if we will be given a chance to go back to Tampa. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My whole experience was great. The only thing that could have been better was the actual vehicle that I had. I chose a Jeep Compass or similar and ended up with a foreign vehicle. The only problem with that was most of the controls are opposite of American vehicles of which I did not know. Other than that I’ll use uou again in the future.

Size was fine, but car was dirty, some features did not work, I would prefer the rental agency list the exact car I rented, so that I could have the opportunity to select a different vehicle.

Terrible. Nothing ahead of time on web said that you only are allowed to stay in Florida. I had a trip planned to Nashville and lost 4 hours to the debacle this created.

They never pick me up at the airport and never answer the phone.

Restrictions for Florida residents were not clear prior to booking, they wouldn’t let me take the car because I needed to go out of state, deposit said “up to” $500 not that it IS $500. I got no refund for the $233 rental I never was allowed to take or the $44 insurance policy I bought and had to pay ANOTHER $800 to get a vehicle for what I needed. I will never ever trust a small rental company again. The big ones charge for everything but at least they make the terms clear BEFORE you book.
