Cheap Car Hire in Provincetowne, Charlotte from AED 18

Not as promised. Vehicle was given with half a tank of gas, windows inside were filthy as was the cargo area in van. Staff at location were pleasant, friendly and informative

In arranging the rental, I was unaware that the office I was renting from was an off-airport location. Much confusion when I tried to get the car at the Charlotte airport, then had to take a taxi and pay ~$70 to go to where the car was. Giving an address of the location is good but it should also say "off airport". Also, the car's batter died during the rental, very inconvenient. The fob was reluctant to work, screen said batttery low. So I went to a battery place, replaced it and no improvement. The car had 50,000+ miles on it, and obviously had not been checked out prior to the rental. Wasted much time trying to fix the problems.

They canceled my reservation hours before my arrival. Saying they did not have any cars available.

I reserved a car twice and received confirmation of my reservation; however, I was then called the next day (both times) and told the reservation could not be honored.

Requested a Camry and was told "no problem" at the time of reservation. Arrived to pick up vehicle and was told there were no Camrys available. Not only was I informed that they didn't have a Camry, I was told there were no full size cars available at this location. To make matters worse, I was informed that I could be upgraded to an SUV, but I would have to pay the difference in price. So, you don't have a car that I requested WEEKS ago and I have to PAY for the upgrade? FINE..The agent told me the the only SUV that was available was absolutely FILTHY with muddy footprints and potato chips, etc on the floor...not to mention it smelled like someone smoked 10 pounds of weed in it before bringing it back. I appreciated the agent being honest with me about the condition of the vehicle before issuing it to me. I was told I could drive the vehicle over to the airport and exchange it for a clean Camry as they were available there. I specifically asked the agent to make sure this wouldn't be a problem once I arrived and was told there would be notes in the rental agreement to indicate the issue. Drove the dirty, smoke-laden vehicle to the CLT airport for an exchange. Got to the counter and was told they didn't have a Camry and was given a Rogue. This vehicle had none of the features I requested so I had to go back to the counter and request another vehicle. Stood in line for another 30 minutes and finally got a Chevy Malibu. At this point, I was done and just wanted to get on the road as I was already 2.5 hours late dealing with the car rental. Worst car rental experience EVER!
