I was running very late because my move was taking longer than expected - I called multiple times to be safe, but they were very understanding and flexible. Rental companies have a bad reputation for a reason, but this felt more like a mom and pop operation than an impersonal, corporate entity trying to extract as many nickels and dimes as possible. 10/10, would rent again!

The rent process is simple, easy, and fast. The staff are friendly. Very good. The return process is also super easy and fast. The only thing I feel bad is that this car is pretty noisy. I think it should do tire balance and tire rotation. I was so concerned about the noise and I almost drove back to ask for exchanging the car.

The Chicago office and the Arlington office were very helpful and addressed my concerns. Overall, great experience.
