Pick up and drop off were quick and easy! The car was reliable and great for a longish trip. No complaints here!
The car was a little dirty and the process of picking up wasn’t so smooth.
I had an old Ford. :( with a few minor issues. The team at hertz handled it very well. I will definitely work with them again (was not my first rental with this team on Clark Street)
The Hertz location that I worked with was very good. The agent I worked with, Pina, was exemplary in her professionalism, her customer service skills, and her efforts to make the experience as good as possible. Pina provided above-and-beyond satisfaction, and the next time I rent I will use Hertz, and I will use this location because of Pina.
The Chicago office and the Arlington office were very helpful and addressed my concerns. Overall, great experience.
Easy transaction all around. I'd gladly rent from Budget again.

Pick-up and drop-off were very efficient.
The passenger van was uncomfortable. I don't think this is Budget's fault, rather the product of taking a passenger van cross-country.
When we showed up at the Budget counter there were no cars available. We were told that they were “on the way”. An hour later I was told that my car was ready. I filled out the paperwork, but the car was not ready, it still needed the gas tank to be filled. So we waited again for the car to arrive with gas. The people were nice, but the delivery of the product was bad.

Great experience picking up a car for a one-way trip home. The sales assistant was helpful and professional and quick to check us out and provide the car.

Dropoff clerk tried to slide in $15.99 fuel charge when the tank was full.
Advertised as one amount, but on pick-up had to pay an under 25 fee that was more than the daily rental.
We were not provided with a damage inspection slip and told we didn't need on. Fortunately, we took photos of existing damage to the vehicle. When we turned in the car, the Toronto agent argued the damage was done by us since the photos were dated one hour after the pickup time stamp. We convinced her otherwise. However, the Chicago agent, who was supposed to extend our rental by one day, neglected to do that and so our rental reflected as "late."

Everything- they gave me a different car than what I reserved and I was 60 seconds into my trip before a check engine light came on and then a light telling me I had a flat tire. I did not have a flat tire but I returned the car as there was clearly issues with this vehicle and I did not feel safe.
Received a call 1 hour before pickup they would not have a car for me. Never Enterprise again.
Nothing, the staff Enterprise staff was rude and provided no assistance locating another rental car as they could not fulfill their reservation. They left me standing in 95 degree parking lot to figure out what to do next.
It would have been great if there was actually a rental car. I booked through Kayak and they confirmed the reservation as well as the availability of a car. There was no car. Kayak did this not once but twice! I spent two hours and $30 on Lyft’s try to find a car. Do not believe them they are selling fictitious inventory!
Local operation worked hard to make up for car not available
nothing--i didnt have a reservation at that location. they said kayak had made the reservation for the oak lawn location. i gave them the reservation number. still said reservation was for oak lawn. i had to give up my weekend plans because no cars were available.
should have booked directly with enterprise, which i did for this weekend. either you guys should get it together, or 2900 n sheffield lied--then you better have a talk with them.
