Nothing, the staff Enterprise staff was rude and provided no assistance locating another rental car as they could not fulfill their reservation. They left me standing in 95 degree parking lot to figure out what to do next.
It would have been great if there was actually a rental car. I booked through Kayak and they confirmed the reservation as well as the availability of a car. There was no car. Kayak did this not once but twice! I spent two hours and $30 on Lyft’s try to find a car. Do not believe them they are selling fictitious inventory!
