This may also be a problem for Kayak. The airport had a tram to the rental car places. However, it was not the same location my reservation was at. Nothing said the address at the airport. When I got there it was closed. The Downtown Hertz closes at NOON on SATURDAY and was closed Sunday. So TWO of my three-day rental was literally impossible. The place was sketchy and dirty on the outside.

After being stranded in the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport for 2 days I finally got a reservation for a rental car. This was my only way to get home to Oregon. 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the rental center telling me that they have over booked, and I don't have a car. I WILL NEVER TRY TO RENT, OR RECOMMEND HERTZ AGAIN

This office used a piece of paper to keep track of reservations rather than computer! Very disorganized and none of the staff seemed competent.

Definitely thought that I was renting from the Hertz at the Dallas airport but it was the one in downtown Dallas and had to take an Uber to get there. Then had to pay extra when I was there to be able to drop it off at the Dallas airport hertz. Also was sold an insurance for the trip which was another $150. Unexpected costs are not an ideal situation.

I got the insurance off priceline and then at enterprise they offered me another insurance for the same thing but they didnt mention I had to cancel the priceline one so I got charged for both.

Bait and switch. I plan on reporting this transaction to your corporate governing staff. I was assured a rental for $191.00 When I arrived in need of a vehicle the fees for the car were $315.00

Not to cheat your customers. Bait and switch is a crime.

Car was clean and employees friendly

I want informed that the car was only available to be dropped off during business hours. I work during those hours so have been able to drop the vehicle off and keep racking up days I hadn’t expected because I wasn’t informed there was no night drop off.

low price for non-airport pickup

reservation front desk was shitty. they said 30 min after due time reservation gets discarded from their system. So if you have a flight delay you'd have to make a new reservation at perhaps a higher rate.

Nothing, got a call on the day of pickup to say no cars available!! Avis Recommended I not Avis phone other branches to check for availability! Unbelievable!! Nothing was available! So I had to book a car from a competitor at 3x the rate
