Cheap Car Hire in Harbordale, Fort Lauderdale from AED 134

Need a shuttle from airport to off-airport rental location

We believed that our pickup was at the airport but the location was 3 mles away. This would have been fine but they did not have a shuttle so we had to pay for a taxi to take us to the locaiton. When we got their we were infomed that they had no SUV's at all which is what we paid to rent. They only thing they had on their lot was 2 Mini Van's which is what they told us we had to take. Even though their were plenty of SUV's 3 miles up the road at their airport location the woman refused to have one brought for us. We did not like the minivan at all. It was more difficult to park and since space was limited where we spent the week it became a big problem. I placed my rental request weeks before my pickup. There was no excuse for them to not have the vehicle I paid to rent.

Easy drop off

The staff was not friendly at all at the budget offsite. They gave us a car with multiple warning lights on that we had to return for another car halfway to our destination. A total inconvenience!!!!

Everything never again

The pickup had some hiccups. When we got the car and went to leave the facility, the attendant told us we had the wrong car and that it was registered to someone else. We did have the correct vehicle, but had to back up and go back to the pickup area and get it clarified, the attendant there was helpful and got it straightened out. When we dropped off the car, it was disorganized and the procedure was not clear. There should have been more staff.

DO NOT TRUST PAYLESS!! They canceled our reservation the night before pick up and did not have a replacement for us! There was no one at the desk when we arrived at the airport! We were stuck trying to find a replacement and ended up paying twice the amount!!

The staff really goes above and beyond to help!!
