The car was not ready upon arrival. Had to wait one hour for car. Low air pressure on tires on vehicle. Very poor costumers service. And Lastly was unable to return vehicle
Hertz just didn't have any cars in Houston other than at the Airport. There were 3 other customers with reservations that came in after me and they all got turned away, there were no cars anywhere.
Everything was great
Vehicle wasn’t ready. Apparently the vehicle had been at a shop and was fixed. We were not allowed take the vehicle and leave because it wasn’t a “good to go” vehicle in the computer system. The vehicle was sitting there, the keys were on the counter, but we couldn’t go because a lack of care about detail in the Hertz system.

I booked a car rental at a different location for 1pm on Saturday. The location closed at 1pm. I was told they could transfer it to the airport for double the cost that I booked it for. I called to customer service I was told that in terms and conditions it states that I have to be at the location 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Very disappointed.
Drop off was easier than ever
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Reserved a small sedan. Showed up and only a minivan was there. Agent told me I'd pay sedan price. Dropped off van and final charge was almost $80 more. They told me at drop off site I had to call the office I got car from. 8 calls later, no answer at various times of day. Won't be using Kayak again.
Only one person runs the location, receiving, renting, cleaning cars. There is a waiting time, and the man is in a terrible mood because he has to do it all. He received a car and just cleaned it up, and that was the same he assigned me. The gas tank was not complete, the trunk was dirty (he offered to clean it, but it will take time), the car was not working well, had electrical problems. I wish there were another location close to this area.
Easy in-easy out. The staff was professional on both ends. The car was nice and clean. The price was wonderful in comparison to other companies and I appreciate that.

When I made the booking I was told I’d get a car. Well I then got a call that said that I wouldn’t get one till the afternoon instead of in the morning and I needed one for the morning specifically. I was told that I’d get a call later to update me on the status of a car and ended up not being called or updated and had to spend $200 on a Lyft to make my appointments. Ridiculous and poor service.

The only thing was the drivers side floor mat was missing when I picked it up so I hope they don’t charge me for it when I get my bill
First issued car smelled highly of cigarettes. Switched it out and the second car did too. The license plate and registration expired during my trip. Also, Enterprise charged me an additional day rate for the rental which I will need to call to get corrected.
Decent weekly rate.
I asked the staff if I didn't need the car I rented for a whole week would I be able to be refunded any money. After that staff turned rude to me & was not helpful at all.
