Budget had a car for me when I arrived to pick it up, and I was nervous that they wouldn't given the issues that many rental car companies are having these days. However, it wasn't the car type that I had opted for. Also - I had requested a 12:00pm pick-up of the car on a Sunday. What I didn't know is that the Budget office that I rented from closes at 12:00 on Sundays. There should have been a warning to me that the office would be closed if I arrived when I said I was going to arrive.

Online said pick up was Tom Wood Airport. Got a ride over there, NOTHING. Went inside and person says happens all of the time. Called Hertz and nothing at all at Tom Woods. Drove across town to Carmel Hertz where MATT gave me great service and a little extra gas for my troubles. Just using car to drive to Indy airport 5:00 next morning. Took longer to get the car than I used it. Thank you MATT, much appreciated. Kayak/Hertz get your act together, total waste of my Day!
