HERTZ CLAIMS CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT....WE ARE NOT. THEIR FEES AND POLICIES ARE WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMERS....GUESS THEY'VE FORGOTTEN THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS, HERTZ WOULD SIMPLY BE A NAME.

Because we booked through KAYAK, the vehicle that we reserved was not available, but there was no way for us to find that out until we went to the counter. So we had to rent a more expensive model, which was their only availability. I did call them to ask that question, but no one answered the phone. It seems like there are a limited number of staff members running the rental. I wish they had answered the phone.

The car was beautiful and super comfortable. We did have a problem with the gas quantity. We were told that the gas was filled up to 7/8 when it was only 3/4 but showed proof with photos.

Was supposed to pick up car at noon except they close for lunch from 12 to 1 PM. It would have been nice if we were told this ahead of time.
Website is Misleading!! I rented a car for $67.00 the branch didn’t have the car I reserved online! They offered me a car with smoke fumes! I ended up renting a BMW for $200.00 !! When I dropped of the car they were closed and I have to dropped the car at LAX lost my flight ! They failed to tell me the times to dropped the car ! Horrible experience!

Very convenient to the Cruise Docks and a free shuttle was awesome.
You rented me a car from a location that is closed!!! I was 2 hours late to help my grandmother in a wheelchair. Wtf.

I got to the budget drop off in Torrance at 1:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't anybody around. I waited 20 mins. And the guy showed up. Maybe they need more than one person working there.

Nothing. Well wait, actually journey was playing when I walked in, so there's that!
Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.
