Way over priced. SUV did not have any options to justify cost. No backup camera, no Navigation system, no Bluetooth, canvas seats. Basic model, yet charged like it was loaded. Avoid Budget/Alamo at Houston Airport location.
More cars at airport. Had to pay Uber to take us to another location to get a car

THE CIGARETTE LIGHTER PLUGS DID NOT WORK IN THE VEHICLE I RENTED. I COULD NOT CHARGE MY PHONE AND USED THE VEHICLE FOR TRAVEL AND MY PHONE RAN OUT OF BATTERY BECAUSE OF IT

The process was fast and easy. Check in and check out. In my opinion it was actually faster than the service at the airport.

It took over an hour for the bus to pick us up at the airport and take us to Budget. We waited in line even though I checked in early for 45 minutes. When I got to the clerk I was told I could pay for an upgrade car or wait in another line that had 15 people in it until the car type I ordered was returned. Since it was 10:30 pm by this time I paid the extra money.

the car given me had an oil leak which we did not find out about until we were at out destination, we filled the oil tank completely and called the 800# number for roadside assist at 1230 on a Friday, with no response from tow company, I called again at 4:30 pm, this call got the ball rolling, The vehicle was replaced Saturday am due to the efforts of the tow truck driver who was beyond fabulous, I will be thinking twice before renting again.

They gave me a vehicle and its front bumper almost fell off while i was driving. I had to go back to the rental place and exchange it. Almost 2 hr was lost doing back n forth and waiting for them to exchange the vehicle. Bad experience
Easy process for pick up and drop off. Friendly staff.
Vehicle did not seem to be cleaned before pick up at all. All windows were very dirty, and smell wasn’t the most pleasant. I had to purchase an air freshener and also felt that i had to sanitize the vehicle myself. I was not confident that it was done between rentals.

When we had a car problem it took 2.5 hours and 6 employees on six different calls, 2 different locations because we were sent to one that he no cars- all to get a new rental car. Very frustrating.

The staff at the north loop location was helpful for getting me on my way as quickly as possible.
I received a call to confirm the appointment and asked for a pickup. It was outside their pickup area but in another and do they moved my reservation over to the other location. When I called to confirm on the day of, the other location said they didn't have cars. So I went back to the original location. They were able to pick me up and get me on my way but it cost me about an hour of my time and some extra phone calls that I would have preferred not to have to make.
