Staff was great, car was great. Their computer system/check out was ridiculous. Took 20-30 min to check out each person, creating a line wrapped around the corner. It took us nearly 2 hrs to get helped. I know it was their system because the employees were working non-stop. No other location I have ever been to is like this. Would only rent from again if I knew they improved their check out.

Actually rent me the car for what I reserved it for online. Also I set the pick up and drop off location as LAX in Kayak and it made the reservation at downtown LA. That one is on Kayak.

I made my reservation at LAX, somehow it got changed to downtown Los Angelas without my knowledge. The airport location would not honor the reservation, therefore I have to pay an extra $50 to Uber to downtown This place closed at 4pm with no after hour drop off. I was forced to cut my trip short.

Porsche was excellent and helpful. She stayed late to give us our vehicle, knowing that the situation that Midway/priceline put us in was unfair.

I rented a car from LAX via Prineline... and was given a car at Midway's downtown LAX location, which closes at 1pm on Saturdays! I wasn't told that I'd need to take a $60 uber to get there, sit in 45 minutes of traffic, and have to do that AGAIN to return it. It was inappropriate for an "Airport rental". Luckily, the people working there were VERY competent and kind and helpful. If this location is going to remain as an airport location, there NEEDS to be a shuttle AND a note that informs the renter of the 30-45 minuted drive (depending on traffic).

Our flight landed a bit late and we were rushing to make it before the place closed. It was our only chance at obtaining our rental car to drive north 2 hours where our hotel room was booked. Sunny stayed late to help get us our car and we will be forever grateful! She was super nice and the car was in great shape.

Maybe it more clear where the car is being rented from - there is a location at LAX and one in downtown LA. We thought we had booked one place and it turns out it was from the location that was farther away. Luckily, Sunny stayed for us, otherwise we would have been SOL!

The pickup and drop off was horrendous. The first shuttle never showed up at LAX (and I say first as per their instructions you need to take 2 shuttles to get to them) and we had to walk from the airport to the car rental location. When called to request a shuttle they told to just keep waiting as they had no idea how long it would be. Wait for what, a shuttle that was never coming. When we picked up the car, I specifically asked about a shuttle back to the airport as the drop off was after hours and that we didn’t not want to walk again. They assured me there is a shuttle 24/7, picking up every 5 mins. No surprise, there was no shuttle again!! And we had to pay for taxi to take us to the airport as we didn’t want to miss our flight by walking.

Staff was awesome! Very nice and professional!

There was only one man working and he was overwhelmed w customers so my car was not pre cleaned or wiped down so he was scrambling to take care of me. There was trash in the car that I had to clean out myself but the guy was great and he handled everything as best as anyone could.

Very nice staff.

Need to make sure that the car that was rented originally is given. Called me last minute to tell me my car didn’t arrive on time. Gave me a offer since the van I ordered was not provided but I wasn’t too happy because I got offered a smaller SUV.
