We were pretty disappointed when LA traffic got us to the Sixt office at 5:10 pm on pick-up day to discover that the office closed at 5:00. A phone call would have been nice. At least it would have saved us the time we spent in downtown traffic finding the office and getting our ride back to pick us up again. We still would have had to pay an Uber to get back there from Pasadena the next morning. The vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) was clean and comfortable, if not at all what we wanted. Apparently it was the only vehicle available. I still have not gotten charged, which is awkward. Otherwise, I had a good experience. The young man who waited in me was efficient, friendly, and helpful.
