When I arrived to pick up the car I reserved I was informed they had no card available at that location or any other location in the city. I was completely stranded and left without transportation. They were not helpful or kind about their mistake. I cannot overstate how much trouble and distress this experience caused.

car with 40k miles but still ok i reserved the car for 5 pm and the place in phila closes at 4pm. good thing I was early or it would have been a mess
Car was well equipped and not too beat up. Had about 33,000 miles. The pickup experience was awful. Only one guy behind the counter who had to do everything. Check you in, wash your car and bring it up to the rental area. Whole transaction took about 40 minutes. 2 people were behind me in line and had no one to help them while my guy was getting my car. They just stood there the whole time staring at an empty counter. It was bizarre.
Took an hour to get car, even though only three people ahead of me. Just one guy working at desk, fetching cars, ‘cleaning’. Car exterior was unwashed, windows inside and outside very dirty. Perhaps he vacuumed it. Return took 1 minute.
The stereo did not connect to my phone in any way. It made navigating more difficult and driving more boring.

Kia Soul wasn’t available and the seats in the type of Kia we had weren’t as comfortable as the Soul. Otherwise, it was a good experience all around,

Letting people know the pick up location is inside the Sheraton hotel would be helpful. There is no signage and I was in an Uber whose driver went nuts because we could not find the AVIS location. We finally asked the valet and he told us it was inside… tucked into a closet-sized corner.
Get car - wreaks of marijuana, wreaks. Tell attendant and they tell me - "that's your problem, take it or leave it - we don't have any other cars." Driving my 14 year old daughter around to her lacrosse tournament wreaking of marijuana. Bad enough our bags smelled outside of the car. 100% unacceptable. Explained this scenario to support - over an hour on the phone - "how about a $50 voucher." Are you serious? Awful car rental experience. Absolutely horrible.

In and out, great efficiency with the vehicle, great staff, nothing more to ask for.
Did not accept my credit card and did not find out until I arrived; was unable to pick up rental car.
Not allow a reservation where cars are unavailable
Never got the rental because no one never answered thier phone to make sure I was able to get a car for one way! It was my way home from the airport.
Pick up and drop off was quick and efficient. Car was clean and met our needs.
A little pricey but the best deal I could find. Computer would not allow the pick up rep to add a driver.
I was upgraded to a better car because the car I had reserved had not even been cleaned.
Customer service agents at drop off location at airport were very unhelpful. The car I was initially given had food crumbs on the seats and a lighter in the cup holder. It was so dirty that we couldn’t sit in it. Luckily we were assigned a cleaner car right away.
The car was with smoke smell inside and they charge me for one more day, because I’ve return car one hour later
