It was a fraud: a waste of time and money for us. We went to the rental location, but it did not exist. We phoned Hertz for assistance to arrange an alternative pick-up location, but no phone assistance was possible. Therefore, no rental car was provided and I have been charged USD 38 for a non existing rental car or service. We had to cancel our trip and went back to the hotel. DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH HERTZ!

That a car was available; apparently this location had been over-booked.

Customer service! Representative was alone-I respect that, but I would have appreciated him talking me through what he was doing, i. e., how much would be charged to my credit car, expectations, etc. In addition, I waited 20 minutes to return vehicle and I felt he could have accepted the keys and let me go, I hadn’t incurred any issues and tank had been filled up.

Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life.

The pickup and dropoff points were closed during the times I had booked the car. I had no idea where to drop off the car, there was zero signage, and I am still being charged for the car. No one would pick up the phone, including Hertz's EMERGENCY number. I am disgusted and will never use this company again.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly described everything...made sure I knew what kind of coverage to choose. They even talked with me about my trip and gave me suggestions for other sights to see. It was also really helpful that they drove me home after I dropped off the car. A very good experience! I will definitely rent from them again!

I would recommend to other travelers that they make sure they know when the agency closes and that they give themselves enough time to take care of all of the paperwork, inspect the car, and then get the actual car. I didn't know that they closed at noon on Saturdays, and when I got there at 11:30, there were several last minute people like me, so it took longer than it would have if I hadn't waited until the last minute.

The staff was very helpful, pleasant and informative. There was a little wait at pick up but nothing crazy. Drop off was in and out but overall the experience was excellent!

Long wait picking up and dropping off, I suppose due to changes as a result of COVID-19; my car didn’t receive any special cleaning though.

I would have liked someone to do a walk-around before I left so I would have felt comfortable that no surprises would pop up.

Staff was communicative and clear

Pickup took ~45mins because car had not been cleaned. Even after cleaning, car was dirty inside and smelled like smoke + excessive air freshener.

They did not honor our reservation and gave the car we reserved away. We had to rent from another location further away for double the price. Staff at facility was rude. Enterprise never called me back when I called for customer service. Terrible.
