I had a reservation for a minivan for my family of six. When I arrived at the counter, the first thing the assistant told me was “we don’t have any cars for three hours.” They did not ask for any of my details, they just said there were no cars for anyone and there was nothing they could do about it. Very unhelpful and borderline rude. After about an hour of searching for other options online, I went back to the desk and asked them to confirm the wait. The same assistant told me “well we have minivans.” When I told them that was what I reserved, she said “well you should have told me that when you checked in.” Very disappointing experience.
