When picking up the gentlemen we’re amazing. The drop off was super easy and fast. I would recommend to everyone and for sure book again!
Great friendly staff who waited after the 5 PM closing time for our arrival around 5:15 PM. Very congenial and accommodating people and fairly quick pickup process. Location is very far from airport, but much better pricing with a gas station next door for refllign before drop off.

Pickup took longer than expected and we did not receive the car that was advertised.
Location was not open for business that the rental was matched to and had a confirmed reservation for. Drove all the way to location to find it closed down. UPDATE YOUR DATA. Wasted my morning and then had to find another rental on short notice.
Overall the process was very easy. Pickup people were friendly and helpful.
Nothing. I never got a car: I was allowed to book and then called the next day and told they were sold out.
The price wasn’t that bad
Upon drop off the staff was rude. The vehicle was a Dodge journey and had a blurry backup camera, the backseat was dirty upon pick up, the Bluetooth on the stereo was spotty and kept dropping connection and refusing to reconnect with my phone.
We were given a car that had a leaking back tire. They filled it and sent us on our way. Had to return due to tire warning light turned back on the next day. This is cause of low review.
No safety check on the car before it was released as a rental. Front tires were so bald the steel belts were showing so I couldn’t use the vehicle as intended.
Do not consider renting a car from this company. They tried to cheat me on the amount of gas that was in the car when I picked it up and insisted it had the wrong amount even when shown photographic evidence of the level including the mileage when I provided it. I rented the car for 4 days at a certain price and when I returned it a day earlier I was told I had to pay the total 4 days instead of the price for 3 days. I was treated like dirt the whole time I was trying to return the car and was told I was going to be put on their "do not rent" list. I think this is very fortunate in case I forget the rudeness and mistreatment and go there again.
No car available at time of pick up. They wanted to charge me $20 a day more for the only car they had left. Representative was very rude. I canceled my reservation. Never going back to Hertz.
Clerk failed to provide rental contract to renter. Car/windshield was dirty outside from rain. Car wash was the first place we went. Extending days rented was easy from friendly people. Good price. Good gas mileage, excellent A/C, luved remote starting in Phoenix heat. Need more clerks. Had one at turn in with 6 folks waiting.

I liked how the employee went above and beyond but my original car wasn't there so I was forced to upgrade. It's hard to get ahold of kayak customer service
Had a 12 PM rental time on Saturday, but they close at 12. Got there a few minutes early and they were already closed. When I attempted earlier in the week to move my appointment up an hour to 11 I was told I’d be charged, so I kept the 12pm time. How can you expect to pick up the car at 12 if you are not open past 1150? Horrible.. Did not get my car and will never use them again
