Cheap Car Hire in City Heights, San Diego from AED 18

Receptionist was extremely rude. There was no car available for me even though a reservation was a made. She was quick to let me know there was nothing she could do for me. She didn’t even try and cancel for me but instead kept directing me to call a 1-800 number to cancel or else I would still get charged. Very rude lady.

They did not have the car we reserved. It took nearly 2 hours to have all of our plans rearranged and get into a vehicle. There was only one employee and he did not have their power to fix the problem. It was extremely frustrating. He was respectful and kind and I tried to be as well, but it still was a very frustrating beginning to our vacation. We had to change from four cars to three cars for our group and were not reimbursed for the fourth car that we were not given. We also had to pay extra just to get out of there. We were told to take it up with corporate. Just a big hassle!

The service is excellent, as are the rates. We have dealt with so many car rental companies, and there is always some sort of problem. Excellence is why hertz is still the first/

They canceled my reservation an hour prior to when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. The previous renter did not return on time. I was left to call other locations to see if any had a cargo van available. None did. Ended up at UHaul.

When I went to pick up the car, the agent said that the reservation was at another Enterprise location 10 minutes from the San Diego airport, even though I made the reservation to pick up at the airport. The agent said "it happens a lot". The agent was able to find a car at the airport but it cost me considerably more.

I never got to use the rental because it was closed so I could not pick up the car! There is no shuttle from the car rental center from the airport. So you need to setup a separate Uber to the car rental place. It was very confusing and frustrating because we needed to truck around a bunch of luggage I wouldn't normally need to do with other car rental place. Definitely do not recommend. I I'd give negative points if I could!!!

The hidden coverage fees were shady, as they were not listed online when i rented. I have car insurance and therefore should not have been made to pay an extra 20/day for coverage. This is poor practice.

Check the ratings. I was hung up on when I called.
