Michael and Phillip were doing their best with the resources they had available.
Car was not available when we got there and we were delayed by an hour and a half. Were assigned to car that had just been turned back in and had to wait for it to be cleaned and it still had food, plastic fork and other trash in it. Outside of vehicle was damaged significantly too. Per the office, overbooking is common and causes great frustration for staff and customers. Need major improvement in this area.
